All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription services billed:

Every three months

Subscription details, pricing, and inclusions are displayed at the point of purchase.

Payment

Payments are taken in advance at the start of each billing period.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or integrated payment providers.
You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

This includes:

partial billing periods
unused time
early cancellation

You are responsible for ensuring the subscription is suitable before purchasing.

4. Cancellation

Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation prevents future charges.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any current or past billing period.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription at any time and without notice if:

you breach these Terms
payment fails or is disputed
you misuse our services
continued service is not commercially viable

Where we cancel a subscription, we are not obligated to provide a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised:

we reserve the right to suspend services immediately
you may be liable for administrative and recovery costs

We strongly encourage contacting us first to resolve billing issues.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate information
respond to reasonable requests required to deliver services
ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide

Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

7. Content Creation & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

we retain ownership of raw footage and working files
final deliverables are licensed for business use by the client

We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Leaflet Distribution

Distribution numbers and areas are approximate and subject to logistical conditions.

We do not guarantee response rates or business outcomes from leaflet campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding billing period

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or matters that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services for material breach.

Clauses relating to payment, liability, and intellectual property survive termination.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms
